Hi everyone!

I have been reading BED....

I came across it trying to research my undiagnosed digestive issues: http://www.medhelp.org/posts/Undiagnosed-Symptoms/Undiagnosed-Digestive-Issue...

I was told about yeast overgrowth and started to explore it and decided to eliminate high fructose corn syrup and replace Sugar with stevia. I also stopped eating white flour. Recently I just stopped eating wheat as well. Since reading BED I have made other changes and include the 80/20 fullness whenever I eat. I also eliminated other foods that made sense to me why I should not eat them after reading about them in the book. I am noticing a big change.

1.bloating is reduced
2.frequent stomach aches that would happen numerous times a day are almost non existant
3. instead of going to the bathroom every two weeks I am now going atleast once a week
4.lost 15lbs (which I needed as I have gained weight)

I have been doing elimination dieting now for 2 months and there are some things in the book I am still not sure of and don't want to waste the money on as I know alot of it can be more expensive.

Can anyone give me input on any of the following.. including taste and what you use it for.. how you cook with it etc?

1.) Coconut oil
2.) Ghee
3.) Coconut water/kefir
4.) sunbutter
5.) apple cider vinegar
6.) pumpkin oil

Also I read in the book that some people make a kit for their purse to take when they go out to eat or to parties. Does anyone suggest a kit/holder and bottles for this? I don't want to make a mess of my purse with the oils etc ha ha ha.

Thank you!
