Neosporin can help relieve the pain in the anus - the regular, classic kind.

Constipation is common with parasite cleansing. Enemas can help enormously to help clean out those dead bodies and get things moving. (Not too high, you want to protect good bacteria.) Eat things like watermelon, air popped popcorn with butter or virgin coconut oil and maybe even take some cascara sagara every other day for a week or so.
Use Epsom Salts , as much as is not too strong for you, perhaps.
