Eating very light during a cleanse will give you better results (my opinion, my experience), but fasting alone will not cure you of a parasite infection. It might calm them down, and they will hang low reserving their energy, probably a built in survival mode to them.

There have been many people on the Support Forums who asked this question, and many who responded it didn't help them in the least. Sorry.
