I agree with Michael. The traditional format if you are somewhat healthy is

-colon
-kidneys
-parasites
-liver
-blood/lymph

However, if your badly congested, can't tolerate fatty foods, intolerant to alcohol, allergies, food sensitivities , etc, your liver is probably pretty congested and can't tolerate killing mass parasites at this time. The right course for me is cleansing the kidneys/liver for a few months and in between start more agressively start adressing parasites. Also helpful is to address emotions/energetic issues (maybe you have done this already). I don't know why someone would post on here about how only 1 thing will help everybody dealing with these problems. Remember, there is more than 1 road to Rome. It's up to us to figure out what road will take us there.
