Not much history to go on, but I can make a few remarks.
Your eyes (you have beautiful eyes, btw!) look bloodshot and puffy to me. You mentioned drinking tons of lemon water.
I think you may be dehydrated.
Puffy eyes are a symptom of dehydration, and most ppl are compelled to drink more water, but without the proper electrolyte balance drinking more water just dehydrates you more. You need to add unprocessed Sea Salt like celtic or himilayan. Regular processed salt is NOT good for your health, but you can eat as much unprocessed Sea Salt as you want. A good indicator to know when someone is sick is when they say they can't stand salt. We should crave salt, it is an elemental necessity.
A good rule of thumb is based on the "water cure" of 1/4 tsp to every quart is a good rule of thumb, but I add more or less to taste. Some days I want saltier water than other days.
parasites are a common cause of dark circles. If you have pets then I assure you, you have worms. No worries - get some FOOD GRADE diatomaceous earth (it's just powdered silica) and drink 1 tbs a day in a glass of water. Give to your pets too to kill intestinal worms with no harsh chemicals to burden your body. An extra bonus is strong nails and hair.
I'm sorry they took your gall bladder! Those bastards took one of my ovaries too years ago when I still trusted the medical community to know what's best for me. I almost bled to death in the recovery room when one of them ripped my stitches open. They know that Iodine cures ovarian cysts but only will cut them out, won't tell you what you need to actually be cured anymore.
Anyway, you may also want to try unpasteurized raw apple cider vinegar in water for digestion instead of lemon juice.
