Aches & pains & constipation are common with die off. Colon cleansing helps get the junk out faster as well as helping you not be constipated.

If you kill all the parasites & do Liver Cleanses & still feel badly - happened to me - you may have issues, also, with metal toxicity, especially mercury, and candida. I didn't really feel better until I killed a lot of candida, and I had no clue until I checked for it that it was in my body.
