Have you considered parasites as a possible cause? Most of your symptoms and a few of your test results could indicate that as well.

A parasite/bowel cleanse could possibly eliminate your symptoms and save you a lifetime of medical issues if you were to find it out now.

There could be other causes of course, but intestinal worms could be the cause of most of your symptoms, and go hand in hand with candida, AF, leaky gut, clogged liver, and some of the skin/hair issues. The neurological issues you describe are what I experienced with mine, actually all of them except the coffee, but I have been drinking it for years so that one does not bother me.

Just something to consider while you are trying to figure this out.
