I will continue taking it for a while and hope I don´t gain too much weight, considering I´m to ill to exercise. Perhaps the parasites also contributes to the food cravings/hunger apart from the herb. I know I had huge cravings and weight gain for many years before I got ill, and now I believe I already had worms in my intestines. I know I already saw worms when I was about 8 or 9 years old. After many years then without any parasite treatment my intestines finally got blocked and I couldn´t eat so much anymore. So the the only thing I´m happy about now is that I´m finally skinny again, which is what I wanted my whole teenage years, but it´s not worth it..Anyway just pointing out both lack of appetite and enourmous appetite might be contributed to the parasite programming us somehow.
