So interesting. I hadn't heard this and found the strict ph diet really hard - I was always hungry and felt faint. I have chronic, acute, systemic candida (from decades of abx's and birth control pills) and was told that the regular yeast killers only work on intestinal yeast - that the systemic kind can only be killed by the immune system. Mushrooms were recommended and I've found some minor help. I'm also taking astragalus, vitamin C i.v. drips, tons of vitamins/probiotics, royal jelly, blood ozone, low-dose-naltrexone, off the top of my head. According to this ph theory, I should be eating acidic foods then - becoming (or staying) more acidic? Any info. appreciated.
