Hey there
I'm currently on the candida diet, but not as strict as before. My last test came back negative for candida, and tat's great news - the diet worked! so now I'm keeping with the diet cause I don't want it to come back. and because it's helping my BO in a way.
I'm trying now a new vegan probiotics formula for 60 days (started taking it a few days ago).
From the last tests I've done, I probably have bacterial overgrowth and maybe parasites as well.
I'm now trying to plan a new diet to deal with it.
