I have been exhausted since early childhood. I was born the youngest of 6 to a mother who had a mouthful of mercury fillings and in very poor health. I often needed a 2 hour nap when I got home from school. It was an abusive home and I was constantly hypervigilent.
In grade 8 after another vaccination I began experiencing deep Depression and fatigue. In grade 10 I had to drop out of all organized sports as I simply couldn't run like I used to.
At the age of 18 I was on the birth control pill and received the first 4 of 6 Amalgam fillings. I almost went mad at this point and developed the symptoms of bipolar disorder.
I went on to a high stress job as a real estate agent at the age of 25. Over the next 3 years I got married, divorced and had two children. I was totally burned out after this. I also loved hard workouts and adrenaline producing activities.
After 14 years on psychiatric meds for ptsd and bipolar disorder I became chemically disabled. I was an absolute mess. I slept about 12 hours per day. The AF was the most severe at this point. I was unable to do much of anything. I was very fortunate to have found a new husband who lovingly cared for myself and our children.
Symptoms included severe hypoglycemia, low blood pressure, heart palpataions, feeling cold all the time, poor stress tolerance, dizziness, migraine headaches, food allergies , dry skin and hair and extreme fatigue.
I have made many changes in the last 4 years and am on the road to recovery. I changed my diet, quit all meds, got rid of a bad parasite problem, removed mercury amalgams, stopped using toxic beauty products and lead a more moderate lifestyle. I was back to work full-time and have since reduced it to part time. Currently I am 2 months into nutritional balancing and detoxing heavily.
