..also a newbie to this. I bought the para-bowel-kidney combo cleanse after trying a Liver Flush and it not really working. I determined I should go back and do these cleanses first before I start a series of liver flushes. I've done a lot of travelling in foreign countries (Thailand, Laos, Nicaragua, Mexico, Tunisia, to name a few of the more exotic ones), and for the past 4-5 years I've been having severe asthma, sinus, allergy problems, as well as chronic fatigue that has been steadily getting worse. I seem to get very sick, for a very long time, with every bug that comes around. I also suspect my liver is very congested, and after having had septicemia about 15 years ago (and weak kidneys running in my family), my kidneys have been acting up lately and I am wondering if I do not have kidney stones, too. So I am very excited about doing this series of cleanses. I started off 4 days ago doing the para and Bowel Cleanses together, and I plan on starting the kidney in 3 days. But I've been very tired and low energy since I started, and today the pain and nausea have been more intense. I feel at times like there is an actual large-ish parasite or severe parasites in my lower intestines thrashing around!:) ugh. i almost don't want to post about it because I don't want to think about it, but I wonder if anyone has any experience with this? It is sort of right below/behind my navel and then down from there in the middle. Ughh. Any input would be welcomed!
