"Stress" is a vague meaning. Reducing stress means nothing to me. Please explain what you mean.

I have watched the first minutes and there were so many theories with no facts that i just stopped.

If you want to feel good, you can condition your subconscious mind with the references and rules you want, your perception and interpretation of things will change.

If your perception and interpretation of things change, does this means that this will remove instantaneously the parasites and the obstructions from your body ?
If you think so, why are the new thought authors dead or "diseased" ? They may say they are not, but their appearances and behaviors show the contrary.

I am still learning like you, but a theory without facts or practical uses is only a theory...

If you have found how to use this power of the mind, please explain in more details, i am interested about this.
