A parasite cleanse would be a good start. Dark circles were definately a first warning sign that something was wrong with me, I would get great sleep, and the circles were getting worse.

On the hair loss issue, years ago when I tried to figure out why I was getting gray hair early, I read about men's receeding hairline and male pattern baldness both, while the genes definately come into play, can also be caused lack of minerals and vitamins. Both of which parasites zap from you.

Since I have been cleansing, and recently noticed another bonus, my hair is starting to return to normal color. I am amazed. Since feeling better, I have been taking my vitamins and supplements again, which is probably helping also, and sort of proves the theory, as there is no other explanation for gray hair turning dark again.

Keep working out. I worked hard to be fit and tone, and this whole thing has zapped my muscle. It's not fair that I have to start all over again. I wish that no matter how bad I felt, I would have kept it up.
