Hi there herbalist,

I'm curious about this. I'm sick of strict diets!!! Seeing as you are so informative, would you mind explaining a little bit about how each of these three herbs work? So far all I know is ecchinacea helps the immune system, but not sure how. Also, what do you think about parasite cleansing?
