Hi guys,

I have been sleeping on an Earthing sheet for more than two months and I like it a lot. I especially like the fact that I can test my body voltage on and off the sheet with a volt meter (be careful if you do this - only plug the volt meter's lead into the ground port).

I sleep more soundly (used to wake up each night for 20 minutes or so). I have more energy now. I am lucky that I have a beach nearby, so every other day I walk/run on the beach. Before earthing, I didn't really have the energy for this, so I am so glad to be getting aerobic exercise after all these years.

I made a video about how to set up your earthing sheet, and how I test mine with a volt meter (body voltage is around 2.4 volts off the sheet, and .14 volts when my bare arm is touching the sheet:

I also have the pad, which is under my bare feet now as I type. I think this technology is very cool. I am very glad to be able to do it with the two products inside, and outside on the real deal, the Earth.
