Fortunately, I have never had to pay as several owners of these fine machines have bought ParaZappers.

According to many studies over the years, it is current that determines the sensitivity.

The wattage is IE or current time voltage, not plus. I assume that you were simplifying. The problem is that at 10 volts and 1 ma the wattage is 10 mw 2 ma at 5 volts is also 10 mw but the 2 ma would be sensed easily compared to the 1 ma.
