I tried that with peroxide a long time ago, (I think around the time I shaved my hair because it became impossible to brush the hair because they tangled it too much plus they were really too much to take on the scalp),
I wrapped my entire body with a big sheet soaked in peroxide and the end result was that the sheet had many holes in it, my skin got irritated and the parasites live happily ever after not affected at all

but maybe coconut oil or castor oil could disable them and eventually they would die - you can try and see what will happen
