I have this narrowed down to me needing to do a liquid fast - not a fruit juice fast - strictly green vegetable juice. Which means it is like a harsh 0 calorie fast. I cannot last much longer than 4 days on something like that.
I cannot imagine why that is what it takes to get better.
I know even fat, hemp powder, and sprouted raw protein cause issues especially eaten after dusk. I have a particularly weird problem with food bothering me between dawn and dusk. It is perfectly correlated with my overall energy level.
By now I am smart enough to know that that observation relates to my thyroid and growth hormone levels. It is a spinoff of metabolic syndrome, it has something to do with me having a disabled metabolism. Hormone resistance.
I know that is involved even if I am fairly parasite free, but still it appears I am not.
Fruit is devestating. My energy levels crash completely when exposed to fruit sugar. On the other hand, I can get quite hyper and amped up on regular cane sugar, especially if it is mixed in with other things. Granted it crashed my immune system, it does not crash my energy immediately like fruit sugar.
Kinda sad, considering people say fruit juicing can be a awesome way to detox.
I am so desperate at this point, just not eating for 5 days aside from kale/celery/cucumber/chard juice is the easiest thing I could do.
The question is, how long is that gonna last before something as simple as a glass of orange juice and a protein powder or palm or coconut oil too early in the day messes me up.
I recall even that I blamed canned coconut milk as making my ADD and brain fog worse. This has to be digestion related, the pieces of this puzzle are just so confusing.
I feel like I am allergic to food period.
