Find a doctor to order a Metametrix stool analysis--at the very least you will find out what is NOW the status of your friendly gut flora, pathogen bacteria, yeast/fungi and parasites. Retest after some period of treatment.

Metametrix using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test. Using primers, MM is able to identify DNA of some micro-organisms of yeast and parasites as well as the “friendly” bacteria in your stool.

Genova has you collect into a synthetic medium that supports microbe growth—assumes the microbes in your stool are alive and can be cultured on medium to increase their numbers and isolate them from each other. Then they use staining and microscopy to try to identify.
IMO Genova’s false assumptions result in lots of false negative, i.e. you have it but the lab can’t find it.
