White rice looking things in stool could be Tapeworm segments, so you probably do have parasites. Usually a person with parasites has more than one kind though, so you can start by doing a general parasite cleanse. Many people in this forum use humaworm with great success but i have not tried it myself. I've used a few products with great success, one of them being Black-Walnut & Wormwood tincture from Nature's Answer.

To get your bm's moving try senna tea, i recommend Smooth Move senna tea, you can find it online, in health stores or even drug stores.
