Hi Jen.

It's hard to know if it's Lymphedema from what you are saying. It may be, but it may not. I have Primary Lymphedema in my right leg, it broke out after hurting my back upon lifting a heavy shopping bag onto my bike.
To get a proper diagnosis you would have to see a doctor specialising in Lymphedema or lymphatic diseases. You can get a Lymphscintography [spelling] where radioactive fluid is injected near the toes and you go into a scanner where it is measured how fast the injected fluid travels in both legs. You can also have a Dobbler test which I think is for the venes. I think I had that too.
