definitely parasites and I firmly believe that parasites are keepping/making people fat

once you start clearing you'll see your body weight disappearing

as someone else said here it is critical to get good parasite killing herbs and take them for a long time, switching/alternating to make sure they (the parasites do not get saturated by one thing that might end up not to work then)

do some research on the internet or here on curezone and then get the herbs and desing a program for yourself - you know your body and your schedule etc.

coffee enemas help to reduce the toxins in your liver

light food/no sugar/no alcohol/ (or very little occassionally)/ adding the spices that help to clear toxins and some also kill parasites and help to control a little bit the volume

no matter what you do realize that only you can heal yourself anyway (and doctors are useless since they are clueless about parasites and usually make things only worse by making you feel like you're crazy) - if you take it slowly step by step you can reverse anything

make sure you have some support system - if noone around would do at least this forum helps

do not thing "big" in this case, just think: what can I do today to make my body and my mind feel healthier - and then start doing that one thing

then next day or in a few days include another one etc., until you will build the system that would work for you, it has to be personalized to your needs/schedule etc. otherwise it would not work

also having some really good/happy goal helps to go through this, as this can be very extremely demanding on your psychological/emotional state and can get you very depressed if the results are not coming soon enough - realize that time does not matter - what matters is how you feel and how good is the end objective that would keep you motivated

we all are in the same boat - having to treat ourselves by trying things and by having little victories until hopefully one day there will be end of this struggle and we will feel normal again
