Do a search for 'pancreas parasites'. Some of the websites gave information on treatments.

Recently I saw an image (MRI maybe) of a living Eurytrema pancreaticum (fluke from cows) in the pancreas. It's good to see actual proof of what some alternative experts have been telling Drs and us that this happens and can cause disease.
