the seeds may be more beneficial when you grind them, I actually use ground cumin as I didn't have the seeds, but corriander and fennel I am using seeds

it tastes very yummy and still kills some smaller parasites which is nice, I just wish the bigger ones would be impacted too, but regardless, I feel this tea does a good job for the whole intestinal system, starting from the stomach, feels good

I use the teaspoon to measure the seeds and usually I add one full teaspoon or even more as I like the taste of the spices and therefore am adding more than the recipe called for
