Although parasites may be part of your problem you will probably have to do a variety of cleanses and detoxifications before you can reverse what you think is premature aging. I think it is easier and more effective in the long term to use one of the programs put together by an expert in holistic healing. These programs will lead you through several cleanses, parasite programs, and usually Liver or Gallbladder flushes. If you have not had a complete physical lately it may help you decide what you need to concentrate on. You may have a maladsorption syndrome so that your body is not able to adsorb enough nutrients, minerals and vitamins. parasites may be involved in this problem but be sure to have the tests for Celiac Disease or if that is not possible you could follow a strict fluten gree diet (no wheat, barley, rye) for 3 months. Years ago whenever I noticed more grey in my hair I would take a balanced B vitamin complex and my hair would get darker. Some people who develop white hair early, about your age I think, inherited that trait from their parents.
