I'm still looking for answers myself. Nobody that should give advice to others. Just wanted to share my experience with Bee's diet.
One thing I will not do anymore is following those "one size fits all" diets. The body of each person is different.
For example I cannot eat raw vegetables, but for many it is the answer to all problems.
The best is to try things, but listen very carefully what Your body tells You.
Right now I want to cleanse out the parasites first.
And btw. Honey is really not good, I was just tired of Stevia.
