Turmeric...warning! It stains clothes and nails yellow!

So be sure to use gloves and wear old clothes when using the neti-pot if you decide to do so.
It does not come out of clothes.
Bleach and/or frequent washing will get if off the skin and nails.
Just blow it out and you will be fine. The parasites are stained orange. Wash the face immediately after use.
