Hey you all! I suffer from (fecal) BO its BAD due to YEARS of Antibiotics which caused severe systemic candidasis. 2 week ago I did a 3 day intense COCONUT OIL DETOX & boy o boy did it get rid of tons of yeast. Filled up the toilet. I didn't leave the house so idk if my smell got better. But like an idiot 3 days later I binged on junk food (stupid I know anyways fast fwd to present this is the morning of day 3 of my second COCONUT OIL DETOX (google benefits of coconut oil detox)..been passing yeast and lots of it. I'm starving like crazy. I've done and tried TONS of herbal Colon Cleanses and this is by far the most effective as far as actully pooping out a bowl FULL of yeast and parasites and its cheaper than the rest. All you need is coconut oil,water,lemon juice

Tomorrow I'm going to break the detox with a BROWN RICE CLEANSE (google "brown cures Body Odor ") Brown rice unlike white rice which is bad for you because its a simple carb..Brown rice is a COMPLEX CARB full of Fiber,magnesium,zinc & tons of other important trace minerals.

I will be taking Grapefruit-Seed-Extract or garlic clove (antifungal) 30 min before eating
2 tablets of Slow-Mag (magnesium chloride) google its effect on BO
Tons of Water

My diet:

BROWN RICE, BAKED CHICKEN,TURKEY (baked not processed or roasted) EGG WHITES (no yolk because of sulfur) AVACADO, CUCUMBERS,ORGANIC LEMON JUICE

I'm going to follow this diet for ONE MONTH I will keep you all posted

I've been suffering from this odor for 9 YEARS. I was recently diagnosed with severe systemic candidiasis and leaky gut. Prior to that I diagnosed myself with TMAU please don't do what I did. I lost hope thinking I had to live with this. Get tested for candida (yeast overgrowth) Not everyone has TMAU which is a rare genetic disease. Don't listen to anyone, always do your homework. Google everything I spoke about and there benefits for yourself. I've had ppl tell me several things and lead me to all sorts of trouble.
