im looking to the liverflush, but I feel a bit lost. I wonder if someone could check my protocol if im doing it correcty.

This is my plan:

Use Dr Clarkia cleanse for 3 weeks.
Do Enemas for 3 weeks to bowel cleanse

Liver Flush afterwards.

Anyone?
