its probably parasites. Get some neem extract(asntiparasitic, anti fungal, Antibiotic and more!) and take it orally. Also take charcoal to absorb the toxins left by them after every meal. Also do enemas or get colonics. Change your diet: no sugar, white flour, fewer starches, more veggies and fruit. parasites hate pineapple, pumpkin seed, neem, fennel, garlic, cloves, apple cider vinegar, etc. eat as much of this as possible. Check the date of monthly full moons when parasites are more active. Take lots of antiparasitics two days before during and 2 days after the full moon.

Research parasite infections and don't bother with doctors because they won't find them.
