Earthing products are not a cure all but I have found using the earthing mat helps me sleep deeper and I believe has aided in my recovery from adrenal fatigue back in Jan. of this year by helping to normalize cortisol levels. It is subtle beneficial energy that our bodies need for regeneration and detox. I think we don't see many posts on earthing because it works slowly over time. So it's hard to generate a lot of excitement about it vs a fast acting herb/supplement etc. Still helpful and relatively inexpensive though(earthing mat).
