Flush went great lots of little ones no more big ones all, all were old looking no more bright green ones anymore, the next day a large cyst in my ear popped that I have been rubbing black salve on for about a year, had it for 10 years, probably was pcb's and toxins being stored ala dr Hulda Clark , still dropping foot long pieces of mucoid plaque ala arise n shine cleanse, from the slow version of 2 tblspns clay and 2 tsp's psyllium in the morning and 2 caps of the lower bowel formula ala dr christopher at night, also added colosan recently, 1 teaspoon in the after noon which has jump started the bowel cleansing, the 4 episodes of shingles and gall bladder attacks with parasites seems like a distant memory, the amazement of true deep cleansing never ends, everything is slow now, no more emergencies, just constant low level cleansing, and a normal life, that one foot in the grave is now withdrawn thanks to curezone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
