Coconut oil is a powerful candida-killer. It may be that as you ingest some of the oil, you are detoxing at deepening levels. Eventually, the CO will begin to affect any parasites in your GI tract, causing them to die off. In my experience, the die off of parasites in the gut causes hypoglycemia. The kicker about these dying critters is that in their death struggles, they exude compounds that paralyze intestinal peristalsis, meaning they stay too long in the GI tract. This causes weakness, brain fog and hypoglycemia-like symptoms (in my exp anyway). An enema can clear these critters out, and often the relief is instantaneous. If you get a bamboo skewer and poke around in the toilet after doing one, you may come across the nasty culprits that have made your life miserable. CO will definitely kill 'em off.
