The Master Cleanse is different from lemon juice...

In lemon juice there is citric acid which is used as a dissolver and for his antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal properties.

If you add maple sirup to the mix, first there may have a chemical reaction which may neutralize/modify the citric acid , second you will feed the parasites with sugar. Not smart for a cleanse.
Remember, the goal is to evacuate the waste from the body so the parasites can't hide in it, and then flood the body with a treatment in order to poison them or/and burn them.

The Master Cleanse is dumb. The Maple syrup feeds the parasites.
