Geoff, Your history states you were consuming RAW FISH for many years. I will bet any amount of money you have parasites. Sushi is one of the major reasons Asian people have very high rates of liver cancer..it carries the liver fluke. Go to a regular AMA physician and ask to be tested for parasites. One of the major signs of parasitic infection will be an elevation of eosinophils in your blood work. I know some will recommend alternative approaches to get rid of parasitic infection, but since some parasites are notoriously hard to get rid of, there are times it is best to defer to traditional medications. Also, you will need follow up. Parasitic infection can cause every symptom you have described. Right now, just get a confirmatory diagnosis.
