Years ago the first time I did LFs I was able to get out thousands of stones and had a great improvement in health. I did occasional LFs over the next years but then became blocked with sludge and stones. The sludge was solidified and wouldn't come out. An Nd gave me Cell Power so I used that in small doses for a few days but it made me so ill I stopped using it. Then I tried another Liver-Flush and some of the sludge came out so I would use small doses of Cell Power fro a few days then do another Liver-Flush and over time much of the sludge and many more stones came out. People on the Liver Flush Support Forum are using a variety of herbs and supplements to soften stones and it may be that one of these products would loosen the ongested bile material. I also had a tangle of parasites in my upper small intestine which probably added to the congestion. It is important to rule out and treat intestinal problems that cause a person to make more stones and sludge. Keeping the body alightly alkaline rather than acid helps too.
