ok so..ive done one Oxypowder flush and foloowed it a weeks later with a 16 day clark parasite cleanse with the 3 herbs. in an effort to further clenase myself i have bought the P&B ingredients for P&B shakes, i have bought all the ingredients for a Liver Flush and i have also bought some unrefined bags of Sea Salt for a salt water flush. at the stage i am at now...having done a oxy Bowel Cleanse and parasite cleanse what do u think i should do next? when should i start of the P&B shakes? should i do another oxy cleane?
