I have some questions regarding bowel cleansing. I have looked through a lot of posts but am having trouble finding what I need.

I will be doing a 30 day Bowel Cleanse starting the first week in September. What I am looking for is Dr.Shulze's protocol where he talks about no animal products for 2 months.

I also wanted to know the best way to use the Unyworm. I read a few different things. I KNOW I have a parasite intestation and I was reading somewhere that if this is the case go with the max dose of one tbsp three times per day. I also read that the liquid should be used in the ACV bomb.

Sorry for sounding redundant. I know I have asked a lot of questions in the past. Some may be wondering why I am just getting around to the cleanse. Here is why... When Uny started helping me out I ended up in a health crisis regarding my anti depressant. In the beginning getting off of my Effexor was on my to do list but not as a top priority,I wanted to cleanse first.

Well once I went through all the info Uny posted about the side affects, I knew I had to make getting off of it my #1 priority. Turned out that about 75% of the health issues that I was having were a direct resuly of Effexor use.

So I am VERY happy to say that I am 100% Effexor free and have been since June 22nd! It was a rough road but well worth it. I am not 100% over the with drawl affexts but I am much much better. I am ready to start tackling the cleansing that I put off!!

I just want to make sure that I am doing things correctly! Thanks so much for the help!
