Woaw ! This must require some serious willpower and commitment to do that !
But with such uncertain results, i think fasting is only one part of the plan to get rid of waste and parasitic worms.

Interesting, i remember having read his books, and he was clearly against enemas or colonics. But anyway good to know he was a little open minded.
