The toxemia theory of disease has never been proven
I agree with some parts of the toxemia theory of disease explained by the hygienists.

From what i have read and from my experience, what makes sense is that most diseases are caused by an accumulation of waste or a slowed down elimination. My problem with the hygienists is that they claim that parasitic worms are an effect and not a cause of this waste.
Parasitic worms produce waste and can slow down the circulation of feces in the colon. Also they irritate and make cuts in the digestive tube which can be the cause of waste traveling in the blood and lymph and not only dry feces.

I prefer the concepts of Norman Walker and Arnold Erhet because they are using short fasts, enemas, foods that help dissolve and eliminate the waste (like dry feces or toxic mucus), and also anti parasitic herbs like garlic.

Arnold Ehret could only see the effects of mucus and his mucusless diet healing system, where we know that mucus is necessary to the body anyway.
The mucus he was talking about was what i call "toxic mucus" or "phlegm". This is the mucus which has been used by cells to isolate waste or parasites from the body. It must be eliminated.

It was the experience of Dr J H Tilden MD, Dr George W Weger MD and other qualified Hygienic Doctors that fasting followed by a correct diet will remove any parasites.
Tilden was using enemas and garlic so he can't state that fasting was the only responsible to remove parasitic worms.

Also these guys were not really aware of how many parasitic worms can infect a human body and had no way to say if a person was parasite free.

This is simply not correct.
Have you tried a properly conducted water-only-fast of the required length to rid yourself from parasites? If not then you are in no position to answer.
As explained before, i have done a 3 days fast and a 5 days fast with water only. And apparently it is not enough to kill parasitic worms. What is the "required length" ?
At the time i have done these fasts, i felt terrible because some of the parasitic worms were moving from the colon to the small intestine which is really painfull (they probably seeked new foods).
Also by not using enemas, and being heavily constipated because of the worms, i believe that most of the old feces waste was traveling in my blood and lymph. Bad bad cleanse but i was believing Shelton at the time lol.

How much time should an infected human has to fast in order to kill parasitic worms in the digestive tube ? in the lungs ? in the lymph nodes ? in the head ? I don't know but it may take time, and more than 5 days. If you don't kill some worms and don't remove the old feces with an enema, i'm not sure you will eliminate your feces before killing you with the waste and larvaes.

By cleansing the digestive tube with a high enema and by flooding the digestive tube with water + herbs (like garlic) in a few days you can kill and eliminate many parasitic worms and feel light and energized during some time.
Considering that a person can be infected by many ways in our modern society, i believe fasting can indeed becomes starving if you want to kill all the parasitic worms in your body, especially the blood suc***s and the flesh eaters.

So yes i think fasting with water is good, but if i can accelerate the elimination of feces, toxic mucus and parasitic worms, it's even better.

I'm curious have you ever eliminated parasitic worms when fasting ? With water only ? In how many days ?

Thanks,
