I do not have heavy metals or silver fillings.

My diet is stellar for the most part. Organic produce and local mostly as well as free range meats, real fats, etc...

I have all my plumbing :)

I do have adrenal fatigue which I"ve been tackling.

I see my herbalist tomorrow and I'll have her recheck for parasites and yeast. It's been good the past several times. I take a high quality probiotic I take unless I"m currently making kefir.

I use safe all natural body care products, cleaning products, etc...

I was the health guru people went to in order to learn to better help themselves. Funny how something hits and then it all seems to hit the fan. I am currently eating Watermelon to help the kidneys :)

I really am wondering if the Iodine is the last missing link for me. It sure would be nice.

NOw...our water...we live in the city and it's chlorine. I have not yet gotten a shower filter which I need to desperately do. We go purchase our water most of the time and get reverse osmosis. That said, I know I have chlorine issues which I can see this totally detoxing.

I have Dr. Brownsteins stuff in my amazon wish list hoping to get soon. I actually tried to get into his office but he's full right now.

I have a crazy week starting tomorrow and think I"m going to take a couple days off Iodine to give my body time to rid itself of yuckies and then keep plugging away. I saw all the detox symptoms and I thought "oh no, not me". Well...oh yes. Since this was posted I had a little crash moment a lot like one of my adrenal crashes - almost felt like an anxiety attack which really affected my emotional health. I got really weird tingling feeling in my neck that moved down into my arms (on both sides). I still have a bit of tingling but it's mostly gone. Thankfully my mental health is back to normal. My kidney pain is also no longer there.

I went out and picked up some selenium and an antioxidant blend. I've been sticking with a protocol and adding a couple things in for about 1 1/2 - 2 years now for adrenal stuff and have made big strides. So I'm not afraid to stay the course. I was just not prepared that this would be like it is. Having to leave tomorrow for several days def. has me not wanting to hit this hard while I"m supposed to be having a good time with my family.

Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate it.
