thanks for the response. i've already been parasite cleansing for a while, right now im trying to do a Bentonite clay/psyllium husk flush.

i have a couple bottles of Lactobacillus liquid so do you think after i finish the flush i should use them along with kefir/yogurt? im worried about the effectiveness the longer i store the bottles.
