I've been having some strange symptoms in my body that come and go and I can't quite nail down where the source is coming from. It FEELS like my heart gets under pressure and my throat feels like it's hot and I have slight pain/ache on my sides under the armpits near the breast areas.

I also get sharp ear pain and slight headache with it. It all seems to happen at the same time. Seems to me it would something to do with circulation or nerves.

One possibility is acid reflux.  A lot of people don't realize that this can cause other symptoms other than a burning throat.  in fact it is often mistaken for a heart attack.  Gallbladder attacks are another possibility.

Does this occur after meals?  When you lay down?  Anything seem to make it better or worse?

I've had ear itching/pain for years and years and all the docs do is look inside my ear and find nothing. My gut feeling is that the ear pain is associated with my hearing loss, too. Perhaps mold in my house? Allergens? In the mornings I feel ok but by evening I feel rotten.

An infection is likely, with yeast/fungus being the most likely culprit.  Have you tried moistening a cotton swab with alcohol or vinegar and swabbing inside the ear?

I know if I see the doc she'll be poking and prodding and scanning and taking blood and finally GUESSING too! Most docs are such in the AMA/Big Pharma box they don't think for themselves, they don't diagnose very well and end up throwing drugs at us. She's not even an M.D., but a Family Nurse Practitioner! Bound by insurance protocols when selecting healthcare providers, you know, or pay out of pocket.

Eleven years of trying to get myself healthy and I'm falling apart more every day!

James can you or anyone give me any thoughts on what you think it might be or could be?

A yeast/fungus is most likely on the ear issue.  As for the other issue more information would help.
