Thanks cougar! I am beginning to think yeast is still an issue! Thanks for the yeast killer recipe!

Haven't done any parasite cleansing or Liver Flushes just the coffee enema's and well now 1 ACV enema!

My doc has mentioned heavy metals as the culprit...and that might be an issue ... who knows. I do have 1 filling!

And I noticed after doing the ACV that I felt a bit better this morning...but I did sleep a bit better too (connection?/not sure) then as soon as I took my 13 drops of Iodine...brain fog! Heavy metals or just the bromide/fluoride etc stuff? Not sure...but I think continued cleansing is in order.
