Hi water! How have you been?
I finished my first round of IFs and parasite cleansing and I was wondering what would be the next. I am having daily good BM but not 3 times a day. Do I need to be on IF #1 again till I do so? Another question is " do people have 3 BMs even they eat very small amount?" cuz I eat solid food for one meal, the rest is juice most of the time.
