I had or still have a lot of your symptoms, and I also have the "skinny stool" issue once in a while. It's rare, but it definitely happens. I always thought it was the weirdest thing too.

Being though you appear to be still in the early stages of the battle, and you stated that you already passed some liver flukes, I would be willing to bet that you are probably teeming with parasites, from microscopic size on up, like I was. Given that, I would recommend the most effective anti- parasite tool that I know of which is Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . I expelled things with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement after less than one week of taking it that nothing else--iodine, clover/wormwood, etc.--was able to touch. The new 'improved' Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocols only call for a person to drink small amounts of drops every hour, which is a lot easier than the old protocol that I did (drinking large amounts of drops in one shot once or twice a day).

After you feel you have knocked back any parasites and chronic infections you may have with MMS, you can concentrate on beating the candida back with things like oregano oil, raw garlic, GSE, etc. and also building your immune system with large amounts of vitamin C, etc.

Other supplements you should be taking immediately are digestive enzymes with every meal and molybdenum.

After running through the MMS and antifungal routines (which will take you many months, at least), I am sure you will see and feel a big improvement. You may not be cured, as I am not yet cured, but you will see a lot of the symptoms you listed fall under control.
