I agree. Somehow I will be careful with apple juice ...It soften the stone, but I think we need to keep hydrate in our system too.

I fail 3 times, vomiting out lemon and oil ( terrible, terrible experience, and I was scaried that I would not be able to do the Liver Flush again, and knowing my liver is full of stuffs) At that time, I didn't use Epsom Salt because I use Julia's (sensiblehealth) recipe, but but...I think the stone is too big so after few time I follow her recipe which the outcome was astonishing, I need to change back to the epsom salt. Apple juice or lemon or without Epsom Salt can have something to do my previous vomiting too, (stress too... the liver is shrinked)

Since this time i use the epsom salt, and they are amazing. I did about 16 day fasting from juice to lemon+water+maple syrup.

What comes out of my end of fasting, like the post above has said...they are scary... a liver just this big, how in the world I got these stone out, - I would definitely recommend people to do a lot of deep breath in and out like 20-50 times a day during the fast, taking sun bath, or after. And don't eat too quickly after the liver flush, give few days just liquid and salt flush, until seeing no more stone, then go back to a normal diet. And if you want to do another Liver Flush within a week, i think it depends on people. Some people may be able to feel something immediate on the liver, there may be more stuffs in it.

p.s however you never have experience doing the liver flush, please doing it slow, it looks like people here are very professional but for new people, I think if you are really heavily on medication, and without doing a parasite or change your diet, and jump right in, it is dangerous.
