In the past I found that using a magnetic mattress worked well in the beginning but in time drained me of what energy I had if used too long. I discovered that I needed more alkaline minerals in my body for all that electro-magnetic energy to work and benefit my body. I would think it would be the same with grounding. Just a thought.
