I have been grounding about 3 nights a week for the past month and its making me extremely tired.
I have the Bed pad..
I wake up groggy and tired. I don't really like the way I feel when I wake up.. I have decided to unplug it tonight so that I hopefully feel better tomorrow morning...

Any thoughts or ideas on this subject is appreciated... Thanks, Raider
